If you are unable to complete the online entry form, you may visit the Boehringer Ingelheim booth #1351, request an entry form, complete all required fields, select a Symposium to enter and submit the form at the booth to receive one (1) entry in the Promotion for the selected Symposium. The drawing will be held on or about February 5, 2020. Winners will be notified after the drawing and must comply with the official rules to be eligible.
